IGP Val de Loire Grolleau Gris

Grolleau Gris is a local grape variety mainly grown in the Anjou and on the Atlantic coast near Nantes. These grapes are large and round, tinted with a grey-pink colour.
  • Tasting :

Eye : Pale yellow with hints of pink.

 

Nose : Beautiful aromatic intensity, full of freshness. Aromas of white fruits (peach) and orange blossom.

 

 Mouth : Supple, round attack with a hint of bitterness which gives it its length. Spicy notes (pepper).

  • Food and wine pairing :
This wine is "easy to drink" at any time of day. It is best drunk chilled at 8-10°C, with seafood, grilled fish, smoked salmon, asparagus or goat cheese.
