Semi-dry white wine, 100% Chenin.
The Anjou blanc of Château de Villevêque is a wine with strong personality, highlighted by the choice to Harvest Chenin's grapes manually only by practicing grape sorting, that is to say by selecting at the vine than the corresponding grapes at maturity or the desired visual over-maturity.
The mostly yellow grapes are vinified in a traditional way. The alcoholic fermentation is stopped when a few grams of sugar remain in order to balance the mouth and take full advantage of the interest of the acidity, prolonging the taste impression of the wine.
